**Job purpose**

Develop & deploy standards, processes, initiatives and guidelines to drive DGFF’s Compliance Management System and Data Protection Program globally

Drive relevant KPIs as part of DPDHL’s ESG agenda

Support implementation of Compliance and Data Protection Program in HillebrandGori globally

**Principal accountabilities**
- Develop, deploy and direct elements of the DGFF Compliance and Data Protection Program (jointly referred to as “Compliance”) globally and drive consistency across regions
- Direct the development of procedures, standards and tools for global and regional Compliance teams to adequately and effectively manage all Compliance programs
- Develop and direct initiatives and processes to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the DGFF Compliance Management System
- Support the implementation of DGFF’s Compliance Management System and Data Protection Program in HillebrandGori globally
- Drive other global projects and KPIs of DGFF’s ESG agenda (e.g. Training, ICS, Supplier Management,) to support Head of department and Regional Compliance Officers
- Support DGFF’s Global Data Protection Officer in implementing and monitoring Global Data Protection Program as well as GDPR requirements and communication activities
- Develop and direct risk based compliance monitoring initiatives for regional and global organizations, thus ensuring adherence to compliance activities and procedures
- Establish and maintain global compliance program analytics, including but not limited to reports, metrics, KPIs, dashboards and statistics
- Develop and lead compliance workshops, meetings, and trainings among global Compliance organization and key functional groups
- Support and represent DGFF in cross business unit Compliance initiatives
- Provide support in preparing presentations, trainings and managing other items

- Relevant experience in compliance, project, communication, BPO, internal control or legal (3 years)
- Bachelor degree in Business Management, Compliance, Risk Management, Communication, Law or equivalent
