Their team is composed of industry experts who are passionate about security and innovation. As we expand our operations in Munich, they're seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Business Development Representatives.


Job Description: My client is looking for motivated and talented individuals to join their Business Development team in Munich. This role is ideal for recent graduates or customer service advisors looking to transition into sales, as well as candidates with 6-12 months of BDR experience. As a BDR, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying and nurturing potential business opportunities.


Responsibilities:


  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound and inbound prospecting.
  • Conduct research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers.
  • Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and social media to generate interest in our cyber security solutions.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings or calls with potential clients to understand their needs and present our offerings.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective strategies for pipeline growth.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and developments to effectively communicate our value proposition.


Requirements:


  • Native or fluent German speaker.
  • Recent graduate with a passion for sales and technology, or
  • Customer service advisor looking to transition into a sales role, or
  • 6-12 months of experience as a Business Development Representative.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong research and analytical abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of the cyber security landscape is a plus.
