Deine Aufgaben:

  • Standort-Verantwortung: Planungsverantwortung für zu betreuende Standorte, Expert/in und Ansprechpartner/in entsprechender Business Planning Themen, Durchführung der operativen Planungszyklen und Unterstützung der Mittelfristplanung
  • Marktverantwortung: Planungsverantwortung für zu betreuende Märkte, Vorbereitung und Durchführung der strategischen Planung
  • Business Unit Verantwortung: Planungsverantwortung für die zu betreuenden Business Units (Produktgruppen)
  • Channel-Verantwortung: Planungsverantwortung für definierte Vertriebswege
  • Tool- und Prozessverantwortung für Planungstools und -prozesse (Absatzplanung, Projektdatenbank, simulierte Planung für Produktion & Einkauf, Planungskonsistenz, Trainings & Governance)
  • Innovation: Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Planungssysteme und -prozesse, sowie die Anpassung an sich verändernde Geschäftsanforderungen


Deine Erfahrungen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Weiterbildung
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Business Planning oder einem ähnlichen Bereich
  • Erweiterte Kenntnisse in SAP (wie z.B. Module SD, PS, PP, MM bzw. S/4HANA und/oder IBP)
  • Praktische Erfahrung in der SAP-Prozessberatung oder vergleichbare Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse in Power BI oder SAC wünschenswert
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
