Come join our growing Talent Attraction Team on a 12 month intern placement As a ‘Recruitment Marketing Specialist Intern’, you can apply your passion for storytelling and branding and create engaging content that showcases our company culture and values. You will play a critical role in enhancing our company's reputation as an employer of choice and attracting top talent. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in employer branding, content creation, and digital marketing within a dynamic environment.
The day-to-day of this position will vary which keeps it exciting In this role, you will be responsible for creating content, developing social copy that infuses our employer brand messaging, and identifying social and brand engagement opportunities.
This position is remote but must be able to work across different time zones.
How You will Make an Impact
Collaborate with the HR and Communications teams to develop and implement creative content strategies that promote our employer brand and attract top talent. Craft compelling content across various platforms including social media, company website, job boards, and internal communications that highlight our company culture, employee experiences, and workplace achievements. Maintain the editorial calendar and project tracker Assist in the management of our social media profiles, ensuring content is timely, relevant, and engaging to our target audience. Participate in the creation and editing of multimedia content, including videos, photos, and graphics, to support our employer branding initiatives. Support the organization of virtual and in-person employer branding events, ensuring they are effectively promoted and reach the intended audience. Stay updated on the latest trends in employer branding, content marketing, and social media to continuously innovate and improve our strategies.What You Bring
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Familiarity with social media management tools like Sprinklr or similar platforms. Basic understanding of employer branding and talent acquisition principles. Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a proactive attitude. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. A portfolio or samples showcasing your writing skills would be a plus.
