Job Overview

We recognize that our team is our greatest asset. We are seeking a talented Recruitment Specialist to join our organization and play a crucial role in identifying and attracting the right talent for our growing company. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in recruitment or human resources, with a comprehensive understanding of the hiring process from initial screening to final offer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Focus on recruiting for Sales Executives, Sales Development Representatives, and Client Onboarding Specialists.
  • Identify candidates with an entrepreneurial mindset to support allO's growth and success.
  • Build strong relationships with department managers to understand their hiring needs and job specifications.
  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for various roles, assisting managers in finding and retaining top talent.
  • Craft and distribute job postings on relevant platforms, ensuring visibility to attract quality candidates.
  • Utilize diverse recruiting sources and implement creative strategies to discover potential candidates.
  • Screen resumes and manage candidates throughout the hiring process, from interview preparation to offer negotiation.
  • Maintain an organized database of candidate records, tracking their progress through various stages of recruitment.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior recruiting staff.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Three to five years of experience in recruitment or human resources.
  • Proficient in both German and English, with strong communication skills.
  • Experience managing the full-cycle recruiting process, including negotiation and closing.
  • Excellent interpersonal and decision-making abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in productivity software and database management.
  • Familiarity with HR-specific computer systems and job boards.
  • Demonstrated success in conducting interviews through various methods.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in recruiting for software sales positions.
  • Background in a start-up or rapidly growing environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related field.
  • Familiarity with content management systems.
  • Experience in developing effective recruitment strategies.
