Your Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to devise operational and strategic solutions for HR initiatives.
  • Assist the People Culture team in daily operations throughout the entire recruitment funnel, applicant cycle, and onboarding process.
  • Engage in active sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter) to identify and connect with potential candidates.
  • Help coordinate and schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and conduct some interviews independently.
  • Support university marketing efforts by organizing and participating in career fairs and workshops, contributing ideas to enhance our employer branding.
  • Conduct market analysis, research, and evaluations to bolster recruitment strategies and HR projects, driving your own workstreams forward autonomously.
What You Should Bring
  • You are currently pursuing a degree in psychology, economics, business psychology, or a related field, with excellent academic performance (Master's degree is a plus).
  • You possess a strong interest in human resources and have gained initial experience in the HR domain (e.g., through internships).
  • You demonstrate quick comprehension and strong analytical abilities, coupled with precise and structured communication skills.
  • You thrive in a team-oriented environment, exhibit a strong service mindset, and understand the importance of discretion within the HR team.
  • You enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams in an international setting.
  • You are eager to embrace challenges and are committed to advancing both your personal and professional development.
  • You are fluent in English and German.
