Job Overview

Work Environment: Remote within Germany

Language Proficiency: German and English

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM / 9 AM - 6 PM (local time)

Client Industry: Advanced Manufacturing

The Marketing Campaign Specialist is tasked with the development, execution, management, optimization, and assessment of recruitment marketing initiatives.

This position is part of the Candidate Generation team, focusing on Cielo's Advanced Manufacturing client.

What distinguishes this role is the extensive range of responsibilities and opportunities available. Despite being the leading RPO, we maintain a highly adaptable approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design integrated recruitment marketing initiatives aimed at attracting and retaining talent while enhancing operational effectiveness.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee media planning and optimization – responsible for campaign and operational budgets across the European portfolio, along with media partnerships.
  • Continuously improve our media publishing capabilities.
  • Develop a top-tier Candidate Experience aligned with our clients' operational requirements.
  • Manage the execution, tracking, and evaluation of marketing initiatives.
  • Guide and supervise the work of both internal and external agencies.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including web analytics and KPI assessments, utilizing data to inform new initiatives and evaluate existing efforts.

Qualifications

Experience Required:

  • Development and implementation of exceptional recruitment marketing strategies, process enhancements, reporting, and new technology adoption within an agency/RPO/in-house setting.
  • Expertise in media strategy and purchasing.
  • Proven track record in senior stakeholder management and building enduring relationships.
  • Ability to deliver clear and innovative communication across various platforms.
  • Experience managing complex projects with rapidly evolving parameters.
  • Capability to transform new ideas and technologies into practical solutions for clients.

Preferred Exposure:

  • Familiarity with publishing platforms such as Google Ads, Programmatic Distribution, Appcast, VONQ, SFX, etc.
  • Experience in complex, matrix-driven organizations with multiple brands and locations.
