- Assist the People Culture team with daily operations throughout the recruiting process, from applicant management to onboarding.
- Engage in active sourcing via platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and connect with potential candidates.
- Help coordinate and schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and conduct some interviews independently.
- Support university marketing initiatives by organizing and participating in career fairs and workshops, contributing ideas to enhance our employer branding.
- Conduct market analysis and research to bolster recruitment strategies and HR projects, driving your own initiatives forward.
- You are currently pursuing a degree in psychology, economics, business psychology, or a related field, with strong academic performance (Master's degree is a plus).
- You possess a keen interest in human resources and have gained initial experience in the HR domain (e.g., through internships).
- You demonstrate quick comprehension and strong analytical abilities, coupled with precise and structured communication skills.
- You thrive in team settings, have a service-oriented mindset, and understand the importance of confidentiality within the HR team.
- You enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams within an international framework.
- You are eager to embrace challenges and are committed to advancing both your personal and professional development.
- You are fluent in English and German.
