Your Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with various teams to devise operational and strategic solutions for HR-related projects and challenges.
  • Assist the People & Culture team in daily operations throughout the entire recruitment process, including applicant management and onboarding.
  • Engage in active sourcing via platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and connect with potential candidates.
  • Help coordinate and schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and conduct some interviews independently.
  • Support university marketing initiatives by organizing and participating in career fairs and workshops, contributing ideas to enhance our employer branding to attract top talent.
  • Conduct market analysis, research, and evaluations to bolster recruitment strategies and HR projects, driving your own workstreams independently.
Qualifications
  • You are currently pursuing a degree in psychology, economics, business psychology, or a related field, with strong academic performance (Master's degree is a plus).
  • You possess a keen interest in human resources topics and have gained initial experience in the HR sector (e.g., through internships).
  • You exhibit quick comprehension and strong analytical abilities, coupled with precise and structured communication skills.
  • You thrive in team settings, demonstrate a service-oriented mindset, and understand the importance of discretion within the HR team.
  • You enjoy collaborating in interdisciplinary teams within an international context.
  • You are eager to embrace challenges and are committed to advancing both your personal and professional development.
  • You are fluent in English and German.
