Your Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with various teams to devise operational and strategic solutions for HR projects and challenges.
  • Assist the People & Culture team in daily operations throughout the entire recruitment process, from applicant management to onboarding.
  • Engage in active sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter) to identify and connect with potential candidates.
  • Help coordinate and schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and conduct some interviews independently.
  • Support university marketing initiatives by organizing and participating in career fairs and workshops at different universities, contributing ideas to enhance our employer branding.
  • Conduct market analysis, research, and evaluations to bolster recruitment strategies and HR projects, independently advancing your workstreams.
Qualifications
  • You are currently pursuing a degree in psychology, economics, business psychology, or a related field, with excellent academic performance (Master's degree is a plus).
  • You possess a keen interest in human resources topics and have some experience in the HR sector (e.g., through internships).
  • You exhibit strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities, demonstrating quick comprehension.
  • You are a team player with a service-oriented mindset, understanding the importance of discretion within the HR team.
  • You thrive in interdisciplinary teams and enjoy working in an international setting.
  • You are eager to embrace challenges and are committed to both personal and professional growth.
  • You are fluent in English and German.
