Recruitment Intern

The Recruitment Intern will support the Human Resources department by assisting in various recruitment activities. This role provides hands-on experience in talent acquisition, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about pursuing a career in HR and eager to learn about the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate and current information.
- Interview Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in the preparation and dissemination of interview materials.
- Communicate interview details and logistics to candidates.
- Administrative Support:
- Assist in the preparation of job postings and advertisements.
- Support the HR team with data entry and document management.
- Help maintain recruitment metrics and generate reports as needed.
- Candidate Communication:
- Assist in communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Respond to candidate inquiries and provide timely updates on application status.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing excellent service and support.
- Special Projects:
- Participate in various HR and recruitment projects as assigned.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives.
- Provide support for career fairs and other recruitment events.
- Education:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Experience:
- Previous experience or coursework in HR or recruitment is a plus but not required.
- Experience with social media and professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) is beneficial.
