About the Role

We recognize that our team is our greatest asset. We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Specialist to join our ranks and assist in identifying the ideal candidates for various positions within our organization. The successful applicant will possess a solid background in recruitment or human resources, along with a thorough understanding of the hiring process from initial screening to final selection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Focus on recruiting for roles such as Sales Executives, Sales Development Representatives, and Client Onboarding Specialists.
  • Identify candidates with an entrepreneurial mindset suitable for a fast-growing startup environment.
  • Collaborate with department managers to understand their hiring needs and job specifications.
  • Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle for various open positions, ensuring quality candidate selection.
  • Craft and publish job descriptions on relevant platforms to attract potential candidates.
  • Employ diverse recruitment strategies to source high-quality candidates for new business opportunities.
  • Screen resumes and manage candidates throughout the hiring process, from interview preparation to offer negotiation.
  • Maintain an organized database of candidate records, tracking their progress through various stages of the hiring process.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior recruiting staff.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of three to five years of experience in recruitment or human resources.
  • Proficient in both German and English, with strong communication skills.
  • Experience managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including negotiation and closing.
  • Excellent interpersonal and decision-making abilities.
  • Advanced skills in productivity software and database management.
  • Familiarity with job boards and HR-specific computer systems.
  • Proven track record in conducting interviews through various methods.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in recruiting for software sales positions.
  • Background in a startup or rapidly expanding company.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in human resources management or a related field.
  • Proficiency in content management systems.
  • Experience in developing effective recruitment strategies.
