Key Responsibilities:- Formulate and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aimed at enhancing customer service.
- Evaluate existing processes to identify opportunities for enhancement through digital innovations.
- Incorporate cutting-edge technologies, including AI-driven automation tools and chatbot solutions.
- Assess the effectiveness of digital initiatives and systems on an ongoing basis.
