Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and report on the effectiveness of digital initiatives and their impact on service delivery.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Business Informatics, Business Administration, or Computer Science).
  • Proven experience in digital transformation, particularly within customer service environments.
