Sales Director Animal Health DACH

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Sales Leader to join our team in the DACH & Nordics region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales budget, improving the skills of the sales teams, and providing technical support to our customers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in animal science, veterinary, engineering, or business, with a proven track record in B2B sales and people management. Fluency in German and English is a must, with any other language being a plus.

Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the sales budget and achieving double-digit growth rates
- Improving the skills of the sales teams through professional trainings and field visits
- Providing technical support to our customers, including answering technical questions and proposing solutions
- Coaching and leading a team of eight sales associates
- Building and maintaining strong and long-term relationships with our customers
