About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at 4screen. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, fostering client relationships, and spearheading strategic initiatives to drive our organization's continued success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the DACH region, leveraging your expertise and network to acquire new customers and maintain existing relationships.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, working closely with cross-functional teams to generate leads, network, and create marketing materials.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide customized solutions to customers, showcasing the value of our product in an individualized manner.
  • Collaborate with various teams to optimize processes, promote best practices, and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Ensure regular reporting and tracking of sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the DACH region.
  • Strong understanding of DACH market dynamics, including client preferences and cultural nuances.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to drive the full sales cycle, from acquisition and lead generation to deal closure.
  • Fluency in German and English.
