Job Title: Country Manager DACH
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Country Manager to lead our growth in the DACH region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, leading the sales organization, and managing consulting and support teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 15, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Define and implement local marketing strategies to maximize brand awareness and optimize lead generation.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the DACH region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing insights and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience as a Country Manager/Sales Director in the Software/SaaS industry.
- Successful track record in marketing, sales, and business development.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English.
