Job Title: Country Manager DACH

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Country Manager to lead our growth in the DACH region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, leading the sales organization, and managing consulting and support teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 15, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Define and implement local marketing strategies to maximize brand awareness and optimize lead generation.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the DACH region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing insights and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Country Manager/Sales Director in the Software/SaaS industry.
  • Successful track record in marketing, sales, and business development.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
