About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at 4screen. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, fostering client relationships, and spearheading strategic initiatives that will drive our organization to continued success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and acquire new customers in the DACH region, leveraging your expertise in sales and marketing to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers, providing customized solutions to meet their business needs and interests.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and showcase the value of our product to potential customers.
  • Collaborate across teams to generate leads, network, and create marketing material.
  • Ensure regular reporting and tracking of sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts.
  • Optimize sales processes and promote the use of best practices and a collaborative environment.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the DACH region.
  • Strong understanding of the DACH market dynamics, including client preferences and cultural nuances.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to drive the full sales cycle, from acquisition and lead generation to deal closure.
  • Fluency in German and English.
