As a Senior Sales Director, you will be responsible for selling our CCH Tagetik software to new business prospects and managing major accounts in the DACH region.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • You will be the commercial contact for our prospects and existing customers ranging to large companies.
  • You will generate leads and manage independent sales cycles at large accounts and financial institutions.
  • You will give presentations and high-level demonstrations of the software.
  • You will work together with an experienced pre-sales consultant during the sales process.
  • You will work closely with our Marketing & Inside Sales Department.
  • You will be responsible for the realization of your sales targets and sales activities.

Your Qualifications

  • You have at least a Bachelor's or similar degree with several years of relevant working experience.
  • You are a sales person at heart.
  • You have well-developed social, communicative skills and a strong network within large organizations.
  • You have affinity with IT (systems) and with Performance Management processes and/or systems.
  • You are experienced in 'solution selling'.
  • You are able to learn, get feedback and have self-reflection on your own functioning and results.
  • You are independent, energetic and you retrieve your motivation from selling.
  • You are proficient in Salesforce (or another CRM tool), Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • You are fluent in German and English.
  • You have a proven track record in the CPM industry or at least the ERP industry for large corporates preferred.
  • You are willing to travel (20%).
