Job Title: Senior Sales Director
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Director to lead our Mid Market Sales team in EMEA Central. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and marketing, to align sales strategies with business objectives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and strategic alliances
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
Requirements:
- 10+ years of sales leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building high-performing sales teams
- Deep understanding of the Mid Market sales landscape and ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire sales teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
