Job Title: Senior Sales Director

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Director to lead our Mid Market Sales team in the EMEA region. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and customer success, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience in a high-growth technology company.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer base.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in building and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze sales performance data and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
