Drive Revenue Growth and Foster Client Relationships
As our Sales Manager - DACH, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, fostering client relationships, and spearheading strategic initiatives that will propel our organization to continued success. You will ensure the success of our platform by acquiring new customers and maintaining existing relationships. Your role will be instrumental in establishing 4screen as the leading in-car marketing channel.
Key Responsibilities- Identify Potential Customers
You will target strategic local players and leading brands across a wide range of industries and verticals, providing customized solutions to our customers by understanding their business needs and interests.
Build and Maintain Strong RelationshipsYou will work closely with key decision makers to build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service and support.
Conduct Product DemonstrationsYou will have access to all our features and cars to showcase the value of our product in an individualized manner, highlighting the benefits and features of our platform.
Collaborate Across TeamsYou will work closely across various teams to generate leads, network, and create marketing material, ensuring that our sales efforts are aligned with our overall business strategy.
Ensure Regular ReportingYou will keep track of sales activities in your region, pipeline, and revenue forecasts, providing regular updates and insights to inform our business decisions.
Optimize ProcessesYou will actively promote the use of best practices and a collaborative environment, ensuring that our sales processes are efficient and effective.
Requirements- 1+ Years of Experience in Sales
You will have 1+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the DACH region.
Proven Track Record of Meeting Sales TargetsYou will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the DACH region, with a strong understanding of the local market dynamics and client preferences.
Strong Communication and Negotiation SkillsYou will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with various stakeholders.
Proven Ability to Drive the Full Sales CycleYou will have a proven ability to drive the full sales cycle, from acquisition and lead generation to deal closure, with a strong understanding of online formats, benchmarks, and KPIs.
Fluency in German and EnglishYou will be fluent in German and English, with a strong understanding of the local market dynamics and client preferences.
