Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Director/Managing Director to lead our European operations and drive market expansion in the EU. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing a strong sales force, identifying new customers, and maintaining effective relationships with existing customers and distributors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and implement sales strategies and operational plans to achieve business targets and sales goals in the EU.
  • Maintain and strengthen existing customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and develop and manage Europe-wide distributors.
  • Recruit, lead, and manage local/regional sales and FAE teams, providing mentorship and cultivating talents.
  • Decide and organize annual activities, plan fairs and exhibitions, and provide data on EU market needs and trends to guide product development.
Requirements
  • BS/MS in Electronic Engineering or relevant majors.
  • Minimum 10 years' semiconductor sales experience and relationships with strategic customers.
  • Deep understanding of the semiconductor industry competition landscape and EU market trends.
  • Ability to drive semiconductor sales flow and sale technologies to enable effective conversions and faster design-in and win cycles.
  • Strong business leader with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven experience of building and leading sales and FAE teams.
  • Initiative, drive, and enthusiasm; strategic thinking and analysis.
  • Fluent in German and English, knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus.
