Job Summary

Rochester Electronics GmbH is seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Director to drive business growth in the DACH territory. The successful candidate will work closely with the Internal Sales and Technical Sales teams to develop and execute sales business plans and strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer relationships and activities within the defined region.
  • Collaborate with the Technical & Product Solutions Manager and Internal Sales Representatives to introduce Rochester Electronics products to customers.
  • Identify target customers, build relationships, and develop strategies to grow the account base within the specified region.
  • Lead generation, qualifying business opportunities, and business presentations.
  • Responsible for accurate and timely forecasting of new business opportunities and revenue for the region.
  • Ensure CRM is utilized and maintained daily.
  • Provide effective communication and service to the customer base.
Requirements
  • BA or BS Degree in Electronics related subjects.
  • Proven business development, sales & management experience in the electronic component/semiconductor industry.
  • Experience developing a large territory while working from a virtual office.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in German and English language is essential.
