Chief Food Ingredients Sales Director for DACH Markets

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead and grow food ingredients sales in the German, Swiss, and Austrian markets.
This is a home office based role that requires a proven track record of successful sales to the DACH markets. The ideal candidate will have experience with flavors, food ingredients, colors, extracts, and powders.
Main Responsibilities:
- To develop and implement a sales strategy to drive growth in the DACH market.
- To build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
- To identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base.
- To manage a team of sales professionals and provide guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a sales position with food ingredients.
- Strong knowledge of the DACH market and its trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English and German.
