Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic International Sales Manager to join our team at Transparent Hiring. In this role, you will be responsible for driving our B2C sales efforts in the German market.

Transparent Hiring is a leading IT recruiting and relocation company specializing in hiring English-speaking IT talents for German companies and relocating them to Germany. We operate 100% remotely and work with large established German enterprises as well as young and dynamic start-ups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets: Consistently meet and surpass individual sales goals by utilizing effective sales strategies and leveraging your expertise in the German market.
  • Manage incoming leads: Handle inquiries, re-engage 'sleeping' clients, and identify new opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
  • Sell relocation and job search services: Present and sell our services, ensuring solutions are tailored to client needs and preferences.
  • Client relationship management: Build long-lasting relationships by providing exceptional service and maintaining open communication channels.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with marketing, relocation, and job search teams to drive success and achieve shared goals.
  • Performance report: Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and outcomes to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Fluency in English and Russian (C1);
  • Experience in sales: 3+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in conducting phone and Zoom negotiations and closing deals.
  • Strong organizational skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and stay focused on achieving goals.
  • Relationship-building: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain client relationships over time.
  • Proactive mindset: Self-starter with a can-do attitude, eager to solve problems and take initiative.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in sales within the services or EdTech industries;
  • Experience working with high-value deals (from €5,000 and above);
  • Familiarity with HubSpot and Google Suite at an advanced user level.

Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
