As a seasoned professional in the food ingredients sector, you will be responsible for driving business growth and sales of nutritional supplements, cosmetics, and functional foods across Germany and Austria.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced sales manager to join our team at GFIC. This home office-based role offers the perfect blend of autonomy and collaboration as you work closely with our head office in Germany.

Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with B2B customers in the supplements, contract manufacturing companies, and CMO sectors. With a strong commercial background in sales and marketing, you will be well-equipped to navigate the complexities of this industry.

  • Drive business development and sales of nutritional supplements, cosmetics, and functional foods in Germany and Austria.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including supplement manufacturers and contract manufacturing companies.
Requirements

Key Qualifications and Competencies

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in B2B sales within the food ingredients or supplements sector.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a strong commercial acumen.
  • A scientific degree, ideally in food technology, biochemistry, chemistry, pharmacy, biology, or a related field.
  • Fluent proficiency in both English and German languages.
What We Offer

Competitive estimated salary: €80,000 - €100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
