Sales Director for Supply Chain Operating System

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team at VESTIGAS GmbH. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth and market share for our supply chain operating system in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
  • Take responsibility for the entire sales process from initial contact to closed deal
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects to maximize sales opportunities and drive customer satisfaction
About You
  • You have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS startups and/or the construction industry
  • You possess strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and influence buying decisions
  • Strategic thinking is key, as you identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies to capitalize on them
  • A strong grasp of IT systems and their interplay between different solutions, processes, and APIs is essential
  • Experience managing sales teams and driving performance through coaching and mentoring is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze market data and customer insights to inform sales strategies
