Sales Growth Manager for Amazon Europe

We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Sales Growth Manager to join our team at All the Top Bananas. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth on Amazon's European marketplaces by recruiting and launching new selling partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruit and onboard new selling partners to sell on Amazon's European marketplaces
- Develop and improve strategies for recruiting new selling partners
- Provide exceptional support to ensure selling partners' success and deliver new business growth
- C1 level of written and spoken German and English
- Proven track record in sales, business development, consultancy, marketing, or e-commerce
- Strong direct sales and objection-handling skills with a proven ability to achieve quarterly targets
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to persuade and explain complex concepts in both German and English
- Analytical skills with proficiency in Excel
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
A competitive estimated salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits that include opportunities for professional development, flexible working arrangements, and an attractive compensation package.
