We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to drive business growth and expand our presence in the German-speaking market (DACH). This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in new customer acquisition, sales strategy development, and relationship nurturing.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing a sales strategy tailored to the DACH region's unique needs and opportunities.
  • Identifying and pursuing new customers through targeted marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
  • Qualifying leads, building relationships, and closing deals with key decision-makers.
  • Nurturing existing customer relationships to foster upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in the machinery or service partner sectors.
  • Demonstrated expertise in new customer acquisition, negotiation, and relationship-building.
  • Strong network and connections within the service and manufacturing environments.
  • Fluent German and English language skills.
