Enterprise Sales Manager

As an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition and growth with senior-level contacts within enterprise organizations. Collaborating closely with our Consulting and Data Science department, you will provide tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients.
To excel in this position, you will possess a consultative sales approach, a successful track record in enterprise outbound sales environments, and polished communication and presentation skills. Your entrepreneurial mindset and experience in ensuring incremental growth in annual recurring revenue and new logo acquisition will be invaluable assets.
About the Role- In partnership with our teams, you will support key customers through up- and cross-sales initiatives
- Consistently exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities throughout the sales cycle
- Maintain a balance between short-term results and long-term perspectives to drive overall revenue generation
- Accurately track opportunity and customer details, including use cases, purchase timelines, next steps, and forecasting
- Foster collaboration with data science and consulting teams to inform the offering strategy
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or consulting for technical services in B2B businesses
- A minimum of 3 years of sales experience targeting VP and C-level executives
- Prior experience in SaaS outbound sales is advantageous
- A proven track record of success selling into enterprise companies
- Consistent delivery of quarterly and annual quotas
- Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles from prospecting to signing using solution selling techniques
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent German and English language proficiency
