About the Role: As a key member of our international sales team, you'll drive revenue growth by building lasting relationships with global enterprise companies. Your diligence, networking skills, and targeted sales strategies will deliver tailored solutions that address client needs throughout the sales cycle.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients, leading to successful meetings and engaging software demonstrations
- Conduct pre-sales activities such as showcasing software demos, implementing marketing strategies, and building compelling business cases
- Understand client needs and design strategic solutions aligning with their business goals
- Manage the full sales cycle from contract negotiation to closure
- Participate in marketing events, webinars, and client-related activities to generate leads
We're Looking For: A results-driven individual who thrives on understanding and addressing client needs. You excel in a self-directed role, managing your time independently while building strong relationships that lead to closed deals. If you're naturally curious, enjoy thinking outside the box, and leverage data and multi-channel strategies to drive sales, this role is for you.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in selling employee benefits and total rewards technology
- A strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills to drive revenue growth
- Highly motivated self-starter with a creative mindset and ability to adapt to changing market dynamics
- Professional fluency in English and German
