SalaryThe estimated annual salary for this position is €60,000 - €80,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
Job DescriptionAs an Enterprise Sales Expert, you will be responsible for leading the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals. You will work closely with our Inside Sales and Customer Success Teams to achieve the highest possible success rate.
- You will conduct first meetings to understand customers' needs and challenges, and present Building Radar's solutions in a solution-oriented manner to generate genuine interest.
- You will qualify leads with the highest potential to efficiently utilize your time and energy.
- You will expand your territory by exploring new markets and continuously building your customer base.
- You will nurture existing customer relationships through clever cross- and up-selling strategies to ensure repeat business.
- You will leverage all available resources to exceed your targets, including events, customer meetings, management support, and marketing initiatives.
- You possess at least two years of sales experience, preferably in the startup sector or as a consultant, demonstrating your ability to successfully acquire and retain customers.
- You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken, enabling you to communicate effectively with clients worldwide.
- You exhibit high levels of self-motivation and entrepreneurial thinking, aiming to achieve your goals and embracing challenges.
- You can convincingly present your expertise and secure commitments from decision-makers during strategic sales discussions.
- Your exceptional social skills ensure seamless interactions with clients and colleagues alike.
