About this role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Sales Expert to join our team at Process& GmbH. As a member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base within the enterprise sector.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior-level decision makers at enterprise organizations
  • Collaborate with our consulting and data science teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Manage complex sales cycles, negotiate contracts, and drive revenue growth

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the enterprise software sector
  • Proven track record of success selling into enterprise companies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with C-level executives
  • Experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM systems
  • Fluency in English and German, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
