About this role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Sales Expert to join our team at Process& GmbH. As a member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base within the enterprise sector.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with senior-level decision makers at enterprise organizations
- Collaborate with our consulting and data science teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Manage complex sales cycles, negotiate contracts, and drive revenue growth
Requirements
- At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the enterprise software sector
- Proven track record of success selling into enterprise companies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with C-level executives
- Experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM systems
- Fluency in English and German, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
