Logistics Enterprise Software Sales Director

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to join our team as an Enterprise Sales Director, focusing on the transportation and logistics industry. This role presents an exciting opportunity to drive revenue growth while representing our industry-leading SaaS solutions.

We develop and operate digital software tools for tracking, optimization, and management of logistics processes for companies planning and executing transport services. Our software complements existing specialized software, ERP, and WMS environments, making us a perfect fit for demanding international clients.
As a subsidiary of a corporation, we operate under their operational arm, managing the corporation's global portfolio of wholly owned software companies. By implementing best practices, we deliver a time-sensitive integration process, and our decentralized model allows us to become a hub for rapid growth through reinvestment in our portfolio.

Your Day-to-Day- Lead and manage a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Report directly to C-level executives with sales forecasts, market insights, and team performance
- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals
- Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-ones to track sales progress and address challenges
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals
Key Responsibilities:
- Raise a full sales cycle on new business at or above quota on a monthly cadence
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for national accounts, including identifying potential clients, conducting market research, and creating customized sales pitches
- Foster relationships with executive-level decision-makers and nurture existing accounts
- Utilize creativity and resourcefulness to identify and engage potential clients through various channels
We seek a highly motivated and experienced sales leader with a proven track record of overachieving on monthly and annual targets. Key qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of direct sales experience in SaaS technology, preferably in the Transportation and Logistics space
- 5+ years of people leadership experience
- Experience in a complex selling environment
- Good knowledge of the Transport and Logistics space
- Management of monthly and annual pipeline as well as proven accuracy in forecasting
Competitive Salary: €120,000 - €150,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. Ability to travel 30% of the time required. Fluency in English and German (written and verbal) is essential. Legally authorized to work in Germany.
