About this role:
You'll lead a highly motivated team of sales and account management professionals as our Regional Sales Director for DACH. Your primary responsibility will be driving growth in the region by managing all aspects of the end-to-end customer lifecycle. This involves being strategic, possessing outstanding knowledge of customer-centric operating models, and delivering results that drive revenue and profitability.
Your key responsibilities:
- P&L Management: Deliver revenue, gross margin, and controllable operating expenditure targets for the region.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and implement strategies aligned with global motions to win and retain business, setting goals for your team and directing staff to achieve success.
- New Business Opportunities: Identify opportunities with current and prospective customers while collaborating with the New Sales team to drive new sales motion.
- Client Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with larger clients, providing information, support, and guidance to position Sinch as their trusted advisor.
- Business OPEX Management: Manage your business expenses within allocated budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other Regional Directors and Enterprise Sales Director to deliver profitable growth and exceptional customer experiences.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity, providing feedback to leadership and other company functions.
- Industry Representation: Participate in relevant industry events and represent Sinch's interests.
- Talent Development: Create a culture of success, manage ongoing business achievements, and actively develop and lead your team.
This role is based in Munich, Germany and reports directly to the VP Enterprise EMEA.
Requirements
- A strong commercial mindset combined with a passion for people, culture, and brand.
- Experience in the communications industry or PaaS, with regional market experience and a strong network.
- Proven commercial leadership skills and ability to meet sales goals.
- Leadership experience in managing multicultural sales teams across wide geographic areas.
- Excellent client relationship and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and drive results.
- Fluency in German and English.

Estimated salary: €80,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
