Your Mission

As a key member of our team at Process& GmbH, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and growth with senior-level contacts within enterprise organizations. You will collaborate closely with our Consulting and Data Science department to deliver tailored solutions that meet our clients' needs. This role requires an experienced sales professional with a consultative approach, a proven track record in enterprise outbound sales, and exceptional communication and presentation skills. You will have a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a history of driving incremental growth in annual recurring revenue and new logo acquisition. You will manage complex sales cycles, navigate tendering processes, and take on significant responsibility in extensive contract negotiations with users, influencers, and decision-makers at C-level management.

  • You will work in tandem with our teams to support key customers in up- and cross-sales.
  • You will exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by driving new opportunities from the beginning of a sales cycle through to customer success.
  • You will generate short-term results while maintaining a long-term perspective to improve overall revenue generation.
  • You will track all opportunity and customer details, including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting.
  • You will engage with data science and consulting teams to help drive the offering strategy.
Your Profile
  • You will have at least 3 years of sales or consulting experience in technical services in B2B business.
  • You will have at least 3 years of sales experience to VP and C-level executives.
  • Experience in SaaS outbound sales is an advantage.
  • You will have a track record of success selling into enterprise companies.
  • You will consistently deliver on quarterly and annual quotas.
  • You will have experience managing and closing complex sales cycles from prospecting to signing using solution selling techniques.
  • You will have experience with accurate forecasting.
  • You will have strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • You will have outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • You will have excellent sales presentation skills.
  • You will be fluent in German and English.
