Your Mission

As a key member of our team at Process& GmbH, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and growth with senior-level contacts within enterprise organizations. You will collaborate closely with our Consulting and Data Science department to deliver tailored solutions that meet our clients' needs. This role requires an experienced sales professional with a consultative approach, a proven track record in enterprise outbound sales, and polished communication and presentation skills. You will have a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a history of ensuring incremental growth in annual recurring revenue and new logo acquisition. Your responsibilities will include managing complex sales cycles, adapting to tendering processes, and leading extensive contract negotiations with users, influencers, and decision-makers at C-level management.

Your Profile
  • At least 3 years of sales or consulting experience in technical services for B2B businesses
  • At least 3 years of sales experience with VP and C-level executives
  • Experience in SaaS outbound sales is an advantage
  • Track record of success selling into enterprise companies
  • Consistently deliver on quarterly and annual quotas
  • Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles from prospecting to signing using solution selling techniques
  • Experience with accurate forecasting
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent sales presentation skills
  • Fluent in German and English
