Enterprise Sales Manager

About the Role:
Supermicro is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to market a broad portfolio of data center, communication, and IOT/Edge products and solutions to IOT & Edge focused manufacturers and enterprise customers in the DACH region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end sales processes involving complex, multi-portfolio, large deals.
- Develop and maintain strong, credible relationships with C-Level executives at current and past clients.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and improve the sales motion through various methods.
- Meet assigned revenue billings quota and revenue opportunity pipeline quota.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-7 years of proven experience in Business Development, Manufacturing / Industrial / OEM/ AI / Enterprise Sales or similar field in the IT / Datacenter segment.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field.
- Strong team player with prior experience selling technology into manufacturers, corporate or public/governmental customers.
- Professional fluency in English and German are required, both written and spoken. Additional European language is a plus.
