Mirakl, the global leader in platform business innovation, is seeking a seasoned professional to drive growth and efficiency in their online business. As a Senior Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for generating sales for a portfolio of accounts, anticipating and managing contract renewals, and identifying new sales opportunities within existing accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a closing role as an Account Executive or Account Manager at a SaaS company, a Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance, and proficiency in German at a native level and fluency in English. The ability to manage complex enterprise sales and transactional sales, as well as a demonstrated successful history of closing complex deals, is essential.

As a key member of the Mirakl team, you will participate in monthly and quarterly business reviews to identify opportunities and risks of churn and build appropriate action plans. You will also interact and coordinate with client success and sales teams to deploy action plans and keep up-to-date on new product enhancements.

Key responsibilities include building account plans for each key customer, identifying new sales opportunities within existing accounts, managing end-to-end sales processes for up-sell/cross-sell opportunities, and participating in business reviews to identify opportunities and risks of churn.
