Job Description:

Grafana Labs is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our team in the DACH region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for prospecting and closing new business opportunities with existing and new customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed individual quarterly and annual sales targets by identifying, nurturing and closing new business opportunities with existing and new customers
  • Manage all aspects of the sales process, including prospecting, sales meetings, product demos, proofs of concept, proposals, negotiations and account management
  • Cultivate sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads, and develop a deep understanding of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise
  • Be an expert in managing the sales pipeline in Salesforce, and effectively communicate the value of our products to customers
  • Manage quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer requests

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in infrastructure technology sales, with a proven track record of consistent goal achievement in a highly competitive environment
  • Energetic, upbeat, and entrepreneurial team player with a strong ability to form working relationships both in person and virtually
  • Adaptable and experienced in high-velocity technology companies, with a strong understanding of open source technology
  • Excellent communication skills in all channels, and the ability to articulate the value of our products to customers
  • Experience using Salesforce, and familiarity with Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC
  • Must be located in Germany

Compensation:

The OTE compensation range for this role is EUR 180,000 - EUR 230,000, with additional benefits including equity, bonus, and other benefits listed. Compensation ranges are country-specific and will be discussed with your recruiter.
