Job Title: Enterprise Sales Manager DACH

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly-experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team in Germany. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in managing end-to-end sales processes, including complex, multi-portfolio deals. A strong, credible relationship with C-Level executives is essential, as well as the ability to create similar synergies at new accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Approach and set up Enterprise accounts to drive new opportunities with sales and FAE teams.
  • Maintain current customer relationships and identify potential clients.
  • Develop new sales areas and improve sales through various methods.
  • Research trends and create new opportunities to increase sales.
  • Collaborate with sales and account teams to ensure requirements are met.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years in Business Development or End-customer/Enterprise Customer in Central Europe.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Strong team player with prior experience selling technology into manufactures, corporate, or governmental accounts.
  • Demonstrated ability in pre-call planning, opportunity qualification, objection handling, call structure, and control, time, and territory management.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiating skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Professionalism combined with a passion for creativity, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and diverse culture.
  • Native German and professional fluency in English are required, with additional European language a plus.
