Enterprise Sales Executive

About the Role
At Workday GmbH (Euro), our team of experienced professionals is seeking a skilled Enterprise Sales Executive to join our Field Sales Operations organization. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for driving new customer growth and expanding our presence in the Large Enterprise market.
This exciting opportunity is perfect for a sales professional with a proven track record of success in selling SaaS/Cloud-based solutions to C-level executives. You will be working closely with internal teams to achieve quota and manage multiple deals simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to prioritize, target, and close key opportunities in assigned territories.
- Perform account planning and coordination with pre-sales and other resources to ensure strategic alignment.
- Initiate and support sales of Workday solutions within global Large Enterprise prospects.
- Develop relationships with net new customers and focus on deal management and connecting customers with Workday solutions.
- Negotiate deals with C-Suite Executives to close opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and timely customer/prospect, pipeline, and service forecast data.
