We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Strategic Sales Expert to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and maximizing revenue generation.

About the Role
  • Manage a portfolio of high-potential clients, assisting them with their setup and providing guidance on Amazon's services and tools to enhance their business performance.
  • Develop and report on key performance indicators for your client portfolio, analyzing root causes of performance improvements and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Utilize the 'Voice of the Seller' to inform product development, business processes, systems, and tools, ensuring a best-in-class customer experience.
Requirements
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, economics, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Possession of superior communication and presentation skills, with the ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven track record of maintaining client relationships and achieving monthly/quarterly sales/account management targets.
  • Experience conducting business reviews and stakeholder management (e.g., through contributions within a Subject Matter Expert role).
  • Familiarity with e-commerce or retail is advantageous but not essential.
