As our Senior Logistics Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end sales processes in our Go-to-Market team. Leveraging your expertise, you'll advise clients with high strategic relevance in the logistics space, offering tailored solutions to meet their unique needs. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our CEO and Co-founder, who leads our GTM efforts.

Your Responsibilities- You will own your pipeline from discovery to closure, building compelling impact cases, winning organizations, and negotiating deals.
- Showcase your expertise in inbound and outbound logistics across various industries, aligning with our target accounts' strategic objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to our clients, representing TradeLink and helping them achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with our BDR team to evaluate opportunities, create pipelines, and share industry learnings with the organization.
- Work closely with the GTM team and CEO to refine our sales approach based on market insights.
- Represent TradeLink at select events, such as exhibitions, customer events, and webinars.
- BUILD direct relationships with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to share learnings and secure support for your deals.
- You have several years of experience in consulting, focusing on logistics/supply chain management, business development, sales, or comparable roles.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of logistics or supply chain management to communicate effectively with clients.
- Showcase your ability to think critically and build convincing cases to win client trust.
- Experience managing organizational decision-making processes and handling multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrate a high level of persistence, resilience, and proactivity to succeed in competitive environments.
- Fluency in German and English is required.
