**Job Description**
We are looking for a Team Leader Customer Service to join our team in Werne or Holzwickede at the earliest possible opportunity.
**Your Responsibilities**
- Organize and provide professional leadership to the Customer Service team (approximately 25 employees)
- Ensure the smooth operation of daily business
- Implement new customer requirements into daily business
- Monitor performance to ensure compliance with contractually agreed service levels
- Analyze current processes and derive optimization potential
- Report to the Head of Customer Service
**Requirements**
- Completed commercial training or degree
- Several years of experience in the field of order acquisition or customer service (ideally in the medical and/or pharmaceutical sector)
- Leadership experience is desirable
- Strong customer orientation and positive attitude
- Team skills, flexibility, and commitment
- Organizational skills and assertiveness
- Ability to lead teams at multiple locations remotely
