We are currently seeking a:
Customer Service Team Leader (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing the Customer Service team (approximately 25 members)
- Ensuring efficient operations in day-to-day activities
- Integrating new client requirements into everyday processes
- Monitoring performance metrics to adhere to service agreements
- Evaluating existing workflows and pinpointing areas for improvement
- Providing reports to the Head of Customer Service
Qualifications we seek:
- Completed commercial training or relevant degree
- Extensive experience in order processing or customer service, preferably within the medical or pharmaceutical fields
- Leadership experience is advantageous
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and a positive demeanor
- Ability to work collaboratively, with flexibility and commitment
- Excellent organizational skills and assertiveness
- Capability to manage remote teams across various locations
