We are currently seeking a:
Customer Service Team Leader (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing the Customer Service team (approximately 25 staff members)
- Ensuring seamless operations in daily activities
- Integrating new client requirements into routine processes
- Monitoring performance metrics to adhere to service agreements
- Evaluating existing workflows and pinpointing areas for improvement
- Reporting directly to the Head of Customer Service
Ideal qualifications:
- Completed commercial training or relevant degree
- Extensive experience in order management or customer service (preferably within the medical or pharmaceutical fields)
- Previous leadership experience is advantageous
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and a positive demeanor
- Ability to work collaboratively, adapt, and show commitment
- Excellent organizational skills and assertiveness
- Capability to manage remote teams across various locations
