Key Account Manager for Eastern Europe

We are a global leader in cutting-edge solutions across industries like Automotive and HVAC. As we expand our footprint in Eastern Europe, we're seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to drive our growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Company OverviewJSP EMEA, a subsidiary of JSP Tokyo, benefits from a worldwide business environment and has 300 employees spread over three main sites (Czech Republic, France, and Germany). We were the first EPP manufacturer to offer a grade with recycled content and will continue to develop products that are part of the circular economy.
You will be working in an international team, collaborating closely with colleagues from various backgrounds and expertise levels. Your strong communication skills, fluency in English, and knowledge of at least one Eastern European language will facilitate seamless collaboration and effective communication.
Job Responsibilities- Boost sales revenue and achieve optimal sustainable pricing (10% of net revenue)
- Build strong, transparent communication within our global team and with clients
- Engage with the supply chain of Automotive, HVAC, and other industries to explore new applications
- Offer expert technical support, including material recommendations and feasibility studies
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Fluency in English and any of the Eastern European languages (Czech, Slovak, Polish, Romanian, or Hungarian)
- Experience with Automotive or HVAC industries, especially at R&D levels, is advantageous
