Job Description:We are looking for an experienced sales professional who is fluent in English and any of the Eastern European languages (Czech, Slovak, Polish, Romanian, or Hungarian) to lead our technical sales efforts in Eastern Europe. As a Technical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for boosting sales revenue and achieving optimal sustainable pricing, identifying growth opportunities, delivering profits (targeting >10% of net revenue), providing concise market analysis and reports, and differentiating our offerings through sustainability and innovation.

You will engage with the supply chain of Automotive, HVAC, and other industries to explore new applications, lead prospecting efforts, new application development, and expand into new industries. Additionally, you will provide expert technical support, including material recommendations and feasibility studies, and help clients bring future moulded parts into production with technical recommendations.
Requirements:To succeed in this role, you should have a successful track record in selling high-value, specialized products, technical competence in materials, moulding processes, and tooling, and experience with Automotive or HVAC industries, especially at R&D levels. You must also possess excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a proactive, business-focused mindset. A positive attitude, autonomy, and the ability to thrive in cross-functional teams are essential.
Benefits:We offer a competitive salary of €70,000 - €90,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
